'un-related-ness' depicting 'related-ness'

I rarely tried to follow such trends as painting the zodiac animals. I painted this horse in March 2020. At the time I still drew boundary lines around the subjects and still put dots onto solid shapes.

'red-short-horn black unicorn' was a child born out of 'un-related-ness' to depict 'related-ness'.

horse was not my favorite animal. blue and orange was not my favorite couple of colors. blue-pink-orange was a weird choice I made.

but I still felt the 'related-ness' to myself.

I've kept this one in my bedroom for years and now think it's the right time to show it off (again) ^_^
